Description

The RA0E3 is a cost‑effective, entry‑level general‑purpose microcontroller (MCU) designed for low‑pin‑count applications that demand simplicity, efficiency, and reliable performance. Built on the Arm® Cortex®‑M23 core, the RA0E3 delivers ultra‑low power consumption, streamlined peripherals, and an architecture optimized to reduce BOM cost and accelerate development for the low-end MCU market.

Offering 16KB of flash, 2KB SRAM, and a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V, the RA0E3 provides a flexible platform for compact, power‑conscious designs. Its robust ‑40°C to 125°C operating temperature range makes it ideal for consumer, industrial, and IoT environments that require dependable performance in challenging conditions.
